How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your email and we'll send a reset link. The link is valid for one hour and can be used once.
I didn't get my verification email.
Check your spam folder first. You can request a new code from the verify-email page ("Resend code"). Verification isn't required to browse — you can also continue and verify later.
Can I use my account on another device?
Yes. Sign in with your email and password on any computer, tablet or phone. Your courses and progress are saved to your account.
How is my progress tracked?
Every lesson and video segment you complete is saved to your account, so you can pick up exactly where you left off on any device.
How do refunds work?
